Description

Hennessy Paradis is one of the house’s most refined and indulgent cognacs, created in 1979 by master blender Maurice Fillioux as a tribute to harmony and craftsmanship.

Made from a carefully selected blend of more than 100 aged eaux-de-vie sourced from the finest vineyards in Cognac, it is designed to be seamless and expressive rather than bold or aggressive. The result is a spirit that feels polished from the very first sip.

In the glass, it shows a deep amber colour with warm copper tones. The aroma is delicate but layered, with notes of jasmine, dried rose petals, cinnamon, and soft exotic fruit.

On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and silky, with flavours of honey, ripe fruit, gentle spice, and a subtle earthy richness. Everything is well integrated, with no harsh edges, building into a long, elegant finish that lingers with soft floral and spiced notes.

This is a cognac made for slow appreciation rather than impact. It is best enjoyed neat, allowing the texture and complexity to unfold gradually in the glass.

Hennessy Paradis is often described as a “symphony” of eaux-de-vie, where balance matters more than intensity. It is a quiet, luxurious style that rewards attention, making it well suited to special occasions or moments where you want something genuinely refined.
