Ichnusa Non Filtrata is an unfiltered Italian lager brewed by Birra Ichnusa in Sardinia. It offers a more natural and full-flavoured take on the classic lager style, retaining yeast for added character and depth.
Brewed with water, barley malt, maize, hops, and yeast, this version is intentionally left unfiltered, giving it a slightly hazy appearance and enhancing its texture and flavour complexity.
The beer pours a pale golden colour with a light haze, soft carbonation, and a delicate white head. On the palate, it delivers a gentle malt sweetness with subtle grainy notes, balanced by mild hop bitterness. The presence of yeast adds a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a slightly rustic edge.
