Description
Spaten Münchner Hell is a traditional Bavarian pale lager brewed by Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu in Munich. It is a classic example of the “Helles” style, prized for its smooth malt character and refreshing balance.
Brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), it uses only water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. A slow, cold fermentation and extended lagering process help develop its clean, refined flavour.
The beer pours a clear, bright golden colour with fine carbonation and a soft, white head. On the palate, it offers a gentle malt sweetness with notes of fresh bread and a hint of honey, balanced by a mild, noble hop bitterness.
